- What’s included when I sign up?
Your sign up includes one (1) free commemorative book of the Parish, chronicling its fifteen year journey for your family.
- Can we get portrait pictures of ourself?
Yes, you can! Should you decide that you would like prints of your family photo for your own purposes, administrators from the IPC company will be available after your shoot to help you select a package – similar to when your children do their yearly school photos!
- Are my pets allowed to be in the photo?
We kindly ask everyone to be mindful that the rooms will be shared by all participants during the session. To ensure everyone is comfortable, especially those who may have allergies or a fear of animals, we would appreciate it if pets remain at home.
However, medical service animals will be admitted – they will need to be in their medical service gear (harness or vest). We thank you for your understanding in this matter!
- How long is the session for?
From registration through taking your photos, and then selecting your package (if you wish to do so), the process is anywhere between 30-45 minutes. The actual photography session is fifteen (15) minutes long.
- What time should I get there?
Please arrive ten (10) minutes before your scheduled session. This way, our volunteers can register you, and you have time to freshen up before your time slot! We want you to look your best!
- What should I wear?
Color-coordinated outfits in solid colors are always the best! These photos will be printed in our 15-year anniversary commemorative book for the Parish, and we want you to look back on these without regret!
- What are the dates and times available?
We have multiple days and time slots available. The JotForm QR code on the Parish website, the Parish bulletin, and in the Narthex will have an up-to-date availability in regards to free time-slots. Below are the dates and times the photographers will be in the church for the portraits.
November 3rd – 2:30 – 8:30pm
